consultants would compile a shortlist of potential candidates
within the industry who would be appropriate for the client’s
vacancy. Following client approval, confidential approaches
would be made to gauge candidates’ interest and suitability.
Once this has been established the candidates are referred
to our client for appropriate interviews etc.
Advertising Selection:
CDM can also compose and co-ordinate advertising campaigns
