Senior / Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer

The Company:
Role: My client, a Multi-national consultancy are looking to recruit a Principal level Building services engineer for the North East region. My client has a healthy order book and is looking to recruit a senior / Principal design engineer to work on a variety of High-rise accomodation, leisure and retail, local authority framework developments and MOD projects. The ideal candidate needs to be fully conversant with all design packages and can demonstrate leadership and management duties for the Mechanical based team. Candidates must have a strong and extensive Building services engineering track record, ideally 10 years + however candidates with less will still be looked at. Candidates should ideally be Chartered and be able to run projects on their own, liase with external clients and support the directors in their pursuit of taken the company further in this field.
